Annual reports are one of the most important ways to connect with and impress crucial stakeholders. They set the tone for your brand and work, and most importantly, present clear and engaging information about your company’s activities and financial performance. I work closely with staff and organizational leaders to get a clear sense of the organization’s accomplishments and ongoing activities, and then get to work writing. Once a draft is finalized, I collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and easy to read reports.

While it’s critical to maintain existing donors and supporters, it’s just as important to acquire new ones. I use data to identify high performing lists to exchange, and write targeted letters that effectively introduce brands and generate interest.
